About Us
Between ‘focus’ and P.A.S.T over 300 staff are employed to support the varying needs of approximately 500 people with disabilities across the Southern Metropolitan Region.
Both Organisations offer challenging careers in direct care for highly motivated people such as Disability Support Workers, Personal Attendant Carers and Instructors. Many of these roles are offered in a variety of capacities (part time, full time, casual), providing the option of flexibility in working hours for employees. ‘focus’ and P.A.S.T are both growing at a rapid pace, as such there are roles in other areas that may become available. Other areas may include Finance, Recruitment and Training, Learning and Development, Quality, Administration and Property Management.
